Personify Labs, Inc. ('us', 'we', or 'our') operates the Personify application, and the Personify website (the 'Service').By purchasing and using our software, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Personify. The materials contained in Personify are protected by applicable copyright law.
License
1. Permission is granted to sign in and create an account on Personify.
Under this license you may not: attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software contained in Personify.
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials; or
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
- Transfer materials to the persons the materials in the form of re-sale.
We work(ed) hard to design and build Personify you experience today so you can start using it for free.
The code and design were originally created by us. Whether it's the free or paid version, we hope you use Personify to make user knowledge more actionable and accessible for your entire team.

Purchasing Fee
Our pricing plans are simple and transparent that will allow you to use Personify. These plans (Free, and Pro) can be found on our Pricing page.
Personify Labs, Inc., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the purchase fee.
A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Purchase. We may add or remove the support for certain payment methods at our discretion. You shall provide Personify Labs, Inc. with accurate and complete billing information as required, including but not limited to full name, address, state, zip code, and valid payment method information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
Refunds
Personify is a subscription service with monthly and annual terms. If you'd like to cancel and receive a refund, please reach out to us at help@personifyhq.com and we'll take care of it for you.We don't provide refunds on monthly plans. If you're on a monthly plan, you must cancel before the monthly renewal date. If you're on a yearly plan and you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, please reach out to help@personifyhq.com within seven days after the renewal date to discuss a refund.
Privacy
We only ask for personal information like name and email when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it in a fair and lawful manner, only with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. For more information about your privacy can be found under our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The Service is primarily intended for professional use. We sell the software business-to-business. In no event shall Personify Labs, Inc. be held liable or accountable for private customers using the Service, related to claims based on any consumer law.
